Where exactly is ŽiletSki located in Ždiar?
We are located in Ždiar at address Ždiar 442, just 1 minute from Strachan ski resort. We have parking available directly in front of the branch. GPS coordinates: 49.2733°N, 20.2733°E
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking especially during weekends and holidays when there is high attendance. You can make an online reservation through the form on our website or by phone. We also gladly serve walk-in customers if equipment is available.
What documents do I need for rental?
For rental you need a valid ID card or passport. That's all!
What is included in the rental price?
The price includes complete ski equipment (skis, boots, poles), binding adjustment according to your weight and experience, basic service and expert advice. Helmet and ski goggles can be rented for an additional fee.
Can I exchange equipment during rental?
Yes, if the equipment does not suit you, you can exchange it for another one anytime during opening hours. We will set up an alternative model or size completely free of charge. Your comfort and safety are our priority.
How long does ski service take?
Standard service (grinding and waxing) completed within 24 hours. Express service is available for an additional fee and takes 3-4 hours. Delivery by Friday at 12:00 ensures ready skis on Saturday morning.
Is it possible to rent only boots or only skis?
Of course! You can rent individual parts of equipment as needed. Many customers rent only boots or only skis if they have their own components. The price is adjusted proportionally.
What brands of equipment do you offer?
We work with premium brands such as Atomic, Salomon, Head, Rossignol and Fischer. All our equipment is of the latest models, regularly updated and professionally serviced for optimal performance on the slopes.
